Cancelation Policy

At Triple Crown Salon, we understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice. In the case that more than 24 hours' notice is not given for a cancellation or reschedule, you will be responsible for paying 50% of the scheduled service; last minute cancellations & no shows, will be responsible for 100% of the service price.

This policy helps us accommodate other clients and ensure that our team can manage their appointments effectively. All deposits will be non-transferable if appointment is no-showed or canceled beyond the 24 hour policy.

Refunds

There are NO REFUNDS on any hair or extension services. Additionally, Halo Extensions are non refundable.

Hair care products can be exchanged within 14 days for an item of the same value. Please note that all jewelry, brushes, hot tools, and hair accessories are final sale
